Is that deadline quickly approaching?  Feel your blood pressure rising? Stressed?  Love wine?  Here’s the perfect solution for you to take care of your heart! 

The American Heart Association is hosting their first annual red wine and dark chocolate tasting at Wildcat Creek Winery on Friday August 16^th at 6pm. Young Professionals, come out and sample Wildcat Creek Winery’s delish red wine, and nosh on some delish snacks and dark chocolate for dessert.  Yoga, education on how to take care of your heart now and other fun activities planned for the evening. 

Enjoy red wine, dark chocolate tasting, heart healthy appetizers, music and more - all the while learning about how to become more heart healthy and taking charge of your health now!

Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the United States, which means we all unfortunately know somone affected by heart disease. We need to start thinking of our heart health for the long road to help change these statistics! What better way to do that with a fun Friday evening after work toasting a glass of red wine with some delish dark chocolates to your heart health!
